Incoming Inspection Receiver

VEKA is seeking an experienced Incoming Inspection Receiver that is responsible for verifying goods with purchase order, inspects product dimensions to VEKA tolerances, enters purchase receiver information into SAP and delivers goods to VEKA department promptly.

Responsibilities

• Receives and unloads goods to print specifications
• Inspects incoming custom-made products
• Counts items received, compares items to the receiver
• Enters receipts into SAP
• Delivers goods to the ordering VEKA department
• Forwards paperwork to Accounts-Payable
• Ships, receives, and tracks UPS shipments
• Responsible for cycle count in the storeroom in the event of a variance
• All other duties as assigned

Skills

• Good verbal skills
• Certified fork truck operator license
• Dependability, accountability, and responsiveness are essential
• Ability to work independently and with accuracy
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
• Good collaboration skills in a tactful and diplomatic manner
• Flexibility in job responsibilities and assignments
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs and SAP (excel) preferred

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
