Responsibilities

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to gather information and understand customer circumstances
- Interpret and apply state and federal regulations to ensure accurate case decisions
- Enter information into automated systems and perform manual calculations for case processing
- Write clear and thorough case comments to record changes and document decisions
- Complete all assigned work within required timeframes and established procedures
Qualifications
- Four years of experience in interviewing or work requiring the analysis and interpretation of data
- A bachelor's degree
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training
- Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
- PA residency requirement
Benefits
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs. Telework: This position may be eligible to telework part time. Specific details of the telework schedule will be discussed during the interview process. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Pay
Starting annual salary of $53,008.00 (before taxes).
Schedule
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
