This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the most ambitious pieces of work in our organisation’s history – Scotland’s first Inclusive Care Standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, piloting and implementation of Scotland’s first LGBTQ+ Inclusive Care Standard.
- Work alongside LGBTQ+ people with lived experience, care providers, and national partners.
- Create lasting improvements in health and social care.
- Influence wider policy, practice and systems.
