Job Summary
The Incident Response Management Team at Grant Street Group seeks an experienced Incident Response Business Analyst to help reduce the frequency, duration, and impact of incidents across our diverse suite of products and services. The ideal candidate should be committed to owning and solving impactful problems, able to quickly intake and communicate information, and comfortable making decisions without always having all the information.
Responsibilities
- Drive critical production issues to timely resolutions
- Demonstrate leadership by being both approachable and confident
- Ensure decisions are being made by the right people and action items have owners
- Lead effective risk assessments before launches and postmortems after incidents
- Identify shortcomings in incident response procedures and suggest solutions
- Reduce incidents in every way: their frequency, their duration, and their impact
- Analyze incident data and trends
- Take initiative to improve incident response procedures and prevent incidents

- Broad understanding of technology stack, products, and client interactions

- Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences

Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 PT or 9:00-6:00 PT. On-call rotations during evenings/weekends one out of every four weeks.
