What Are We Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or production operations
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate high-severity incidents
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and observability systems
  • Experience developing and maintaining incident playbooks and communication templates
  • Excellent contextual interpretation and writing skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or other advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related Engineering field

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $103,900—$145,525 USD.
