Job Duties And Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. The In-Home Services Command Center requires systematic administration of nationwide incentive compensation programs to maintain operational efficiency and field workforce trust. This role addresses the challenge of translating complex operational data into precise, timely financial payouts for technicians and sales representatives. By resolving data discrepancies across field service systems and modeling the financial impact of plan changes, this position ensures fiscal responsibility and compensation alignment. Automating manual calculation processes with analytical tools represents a critical step in scaling operations while sustaining high processing standards.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Manage the end-to-end calculation and processing of monthly incentive payments for field operations to guarantee accurate and timely distribution
  • Audit work order, labor hour, and parts usage data within field service management systems to ensure strict compliance with established compensation guidelines
  • Model the financial outcomes of proposed compensation structural changes through predictive analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Develop and sustain real-time performance and earnings dashboards that provide clear operational visibility for field employees
  • Design and implement automated scripts using SQL, Python, or specialized ICM software to eliminate manual data-entry errors and accelerate payout cycles
  • Integrate AI-driven analytical tools to identify compensation anomalies and proactively flag discrepancies before final payout approvals

Skills, Experience And Requirements

  • Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):
    • Advanced expertise in Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas, alongside database extraction capabilities using SQL
    • Analytical capability to identify subtle anomalies, trends, and discrepancies within large, unstructured operational datasets
    • Collaborative approach and professional communication skills necessary to translate complex mathematical formulas and payout logic for non-technical field personnel
    • Adaptable mindset and willingness to implement innovative, iterative approaches to system design and process improvement
    • AI literacy and application skills to utilize machine learning tools for anomaly detection and automated variance analysis in compensation processing
    • Critical experience in auditing operational data and navigating field service management platforms to verify labor and material inputs
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Experience using SQL, R, or Python in a business development, statistics, or analytical environment
    • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
    • 2 years of experience managing, processing, or manipulating large datasets in a business environment
    • Must have at least 2 years of experience with:
      • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formula auditing)
      • SQL-based data extraction and database querying
