Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and annual review of the global incentive plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Act as the primary point of contact for incentive questions, clearly communicate plan details and changes, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Audit and reconcile data and documentation to prepare for Finance’s payment calculation
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to management to support decision-making and assess plan effectiveness
- Continuously improve processes and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of sales incentive administration
- Provide training and communication to incentive participants
- Calculate quarterly SI payments and annual VC payments in preparation for Finance’s audit and payroll process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation administration
- Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders across divisions and regions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus
