Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and annual review of the global incentive plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incentive questions, clearly communicate plan details and changes, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Audit and reconcile data and documentation to prepare for Finance’s payment calculation
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights to management to support decision-making and assess plan effectiveness
  • Continuously improve processes and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of sales incentive administration
  • Provide training and communication to incentive participants
  • Calculate quarterly SI payments and annual VC payments in preparation for Finance’s audit and payroll process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation administration
  • Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders across divisions and regions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus
