What You'll Do
- Lead global administration of sales compensation plans to ensure accurate performance calculations and timely payouts.
- Partner with finance and sales leadership to design incentive frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and feasibility analyses to advise executives on plan adjustments.
- Evaluate monthly performance variance against budgets to measure plan effectiveness across business units.
- Use automated modeling tools to accelerate calculations, remove manual errors and improve performance visibility.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales compensation administration, revenue operations or financial planning within Software as a Service (SaaS) or travel technology.
- Deep expertise in incentive plan structures including quotas, accelerators, pay mixes and on-target earnings.
- Proven success modeling complex commission structures and presenting recommendations to governance boards.
- Advanced analytical skills using Structured Query Language (SQL), Excel or data visualization platforms to evaluate business performance.
- Practical experience applying workflow automation tools to scale productivity and optimize compensation planning.
