What You’ll Do

• Provide an exceptional, meaningful customer service experience that promotes products and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team in building store business.
• Service multiple customers simultaneously, multitask, and handle projects.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, style, etc.).
• Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest items for customers.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive environment.
• Proactively communicate store information, brand initiatives, discrepancies, and other pertinent details to management.
• Achieve sales and service metrics, including Talbots Classic Awards.
• Participate in learning opportunities, accept direction, coaching, and feedback to maximize performance.
• Support operational excellence: manage inventory, fill orders, handle recalls, recovery, replenishment, re‑tickets, etc.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Occasionally lead or supervise others, and open or close the store.
• Engage customers with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
