Incentive Lift Operator

Support community feeding efforts by operating material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. Ensure efficient replenishment and storage of products to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hi Lo reach truck forklifts to transport merchandise within the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and stage merchandise manually or with equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines for timely order fulfillment.
• Load and unload trailers, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain safety standards and handle products carefully, including lifting and handling sharp objects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience operating material handling equipment, specifically Reach Trucks/stand-up forklifts.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others and supporting community-focused work.
• Able to lift products weighing 1-60 lbs frequently and handle products at various heights.

Work Environment & Additional Details
