Incentive Comp Configuration Consultant

Job Description Summary

Apply business and technological knowledge in consulting with business partners and project teams to understand needs and requirements. Serve as the Power User/back up to subject matter expert and provide recommendations for effective technological solutions.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading automation efforts with HR/IT applications
  • 1-3 years of experience configuring within ICM, Motivator, and/or an equivalent incentive compensation management system, or equivalent experience.
• Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
  • Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
