Key Responsibilities

  • Own top of the funnel lead to SQL journey
  • Respond to and nurture leads coming through multiple inbound channels
  • Understand the full customer journey
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, use case fit, and buying timeline
  • Book and hand off qualified demos or introductory calls to Account Executives, ensuring the AE has full context on the prospect before the meeting takes place
  • Follow up persistently with leads who have shown intent but haven't yet converted, using a mix of email, phone, and LinkedIn across a structured multi-touch sequence
  • Persistently follow up with high-intent leads using a structured multi-touch sequence (email, phone, LinkedIn) until conversion
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to speak credibly about the platform during early-stage conversations and handle common objections

We are pioneers in the emerging category of AI search optimization and our platform helps brands respond to questions like “What's the best [product] for [use case]?” through tools like ChatGPT.
