Inbound Sales Representative - Tire and Auto Service

Key Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate brand and customer advocate
• Sprinkle positivity through calls, web chat, and social media interactions
• Ask questions, demonstrate knowledge, and guide customers through their automotive journey
• Collaborate with our super team to resolve customer escalations and issues
• Educate and schedule customers for a date with destiny at a Sun Auto Tire & Service location
• Respond faster than a pit stop crew to maintenance and retention requests
• Keep our customer records up-to-date and accurate
• Project a positive and welcoming attitude

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
• Familiarity with InContact, Zendesk, or similar telephony and CRM software
• A track record of good tenure
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Teams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Remote work experience
• A private workspace free from distractions and a high-speed internet
• Bilingual skills are a plus
