Inbound Sales Representative and Customer Support

Adhering to Standards

• Adhere to all Clany Eco, LLC. and property specific brand standards.

Scheduling and Staff Management

• Schedule housekeeping staff in accordance with occupancy forecasts.
• Hire, train, and supervise all housekeeping and laundry staff in coordination with the General Manager.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Report deficiencies in rooms or public areas to the maintenance department.
• Report out-of-order equipment to the maintenance department.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and adherence to Vision/Brand Standards.
• Report discrepancies found on the night auditor’s room report.
• Report incidents or strange occurrences indicating potential misdemeanors.
• Ensure key cards are returned to the secure designated area or front desk.

Supervisory Duties

• Personal check all properties after cleaning.
• Ensure all key cards are returned to the secure designated area or front desk.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Effective communication skills (writing, telephone, personal meetings).
• Organized, honest, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, stretching, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Good eyesight for near and far vision.
• Clear, understandable speaking ability and hearing comprehension in English.
