Inbound Sales Closer - Digital Marketing Services

About the role

Clear Results is partnering with Clicks Geek, a Google Premier Partner agency managing Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, and lead generation for local service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Closing inbound leads generated from SEO, YouTube, and paid channels
• Running consultative sales calls with local service business owners
• Managing a pipeline of 30-50+ active opportunities
• Hitting a quota of 40 closed deals per month, with top performers hitting 60-75%
• Using a CRM (Close) with call tracking, transcription, and coaching infrastructure
• Collaborating with onboarding and fulfillment teams for clean handoffs

Requirements

• Proven track record closing digital marketing services, including Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media, web design, or similar
• Experience in an inbound, inside sales environment with high call volume
• Comfortable selling to small business owners, understanding their needs and framing ROI
• Minimum 2 years in a closing role, not SDR or appointment setting
• Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience selling specifically to home services, legal, medical, or trades verticals
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, or website design concepts beyond surface level
• Experience with Close CRM or similar sales platforms
• Background working at a digital marketing agency in a sales capacity

What We're Not Looking For

• People who need to be managed through every call
• People who think "follow-up" means one email and then marking the lead as dead
• People whose experience is selling SaaS, insurance, or other non-marketing products
• People who want to build their own outbound book

Compensation

• $30,000 base salary
• 35% commission on first-month client payment, uncapped
• At quota (40/month): $30K base + $134K commission = $164K/year
• Top performers (65-100+/month): $30K base + $218-336K+ commission = $248-366K+/year
• Full benefits -- health insurance premium fully covered by the company
