Inbound Recycling Specialist

Job Requirements

• As an Inbound Recycling Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and reconciliation of inbound recycling materials across our network.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Process inbound recycling and toll grinding transactions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure proper documentation, system entry, and inventory tracking.
  • Reconcile activity through month-end close and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review and validate freight costs.
  • Cook up with recyclers, toll grinders, and internal teams.
  • Support purchase orders, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Experience with inventory, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work.
• Proficiency in Excel; JDE experience a plus.
