Inbound Receiving & Vendor Performance Lead

This role supports inbound distribution center operations by ensuring safety and quality compliance, providing process training, and assisting with audits and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of ISQL procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for receivers, clerks, and supervisors.
• Collaborate with vendors to improve load quality and develop process improvements.
• Analyze reports using Oracle and other tools.
• Create reports for management.
• Work with internal teams to enhance processes and resolve issues such as OTIF, reclaim, and trade relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of wholesale or retail warehouse/distribution experience.

Skills

• Conflict resolution, influencing, negotiating, and training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Hyperion.

Schedule

The role may require working overnight hours and includes travel.

Physical Demands
