Full-Time - Inbound Receiving & Vendor Performance Lead

About the Role

Supports distribution center receiving operations by promoting inbound safety and quality compliance, providing process training, assisting with audits and issue resolution, and collaborating with teams and vendors to improve inbound efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of ISQL procedures through communication and travel.
• Conduct and develop training for receivers, clerks, and supervisors.
• Interface with vendors via audits and communication to enhance load quality and develop process improvements.
• Analyze reports in Oracle, take corrective actions, and produce management reports including scorecards and recaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to OTIF, Reclaim, and Trade Relations, and identify supply chain issues with solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 5+ years in wholesale or retail warehouse/distribution operations.
• Skills in conflict resolution, influencing, negotiating, and training.
• Ability to work overnight hours and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Hyperion.

Physical & Environment Requirements

• May need to lift/move 20 pounds; sit, stand, or walk frequently.
• Work environment is typical of office and distribution settings, with varying noise levels and temperature conditions.
• Travel may be required.
