About the role
The Inbound Logistics Manager oversees daily warehouse or distribution center receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments. This role manages a team responsible for unloading, inspecting, and storing goods while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management.
- Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
- Health and Safety Management.
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area.
- Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis.

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production.
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.

Pay
- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month.
- Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience.
- Bonus: Weekend/ Holiday spot bonus.
Schedule
- Shift 1st: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00 pm (flexible).
