About the role

We are seeking service-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. You will handle inbound interactions, assisting customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support using guided systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations
• Strong communication and active listening skills

Preferred

• Prior call center or customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
