Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell Remote

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls combining customer service and sales
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for products, services, warranties, and memberships
• Provide product information, registration support, and service inquiries
• Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and minor concessions
• Support non-GE branded appliance owners as needed

Requirements

Remote position available in Utah, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio, and South Carolina. Must be available for assigned shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST (Wednesdays off).

Pay

$15.00/hour + incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly

Schedule

10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST (Wednesdays off). Commitment to all training days is mandatory; no absences are permitted during this period.
