About the Opportunity
The Inbound Customer Service Agent - Bodewell role is designed to support appliance owners by balancing customer service with inbound sales. The position involves identifying upsell opportunities while ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales performance metrics. This role contributes to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing product information, service support, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls, emails, chats, and written inquiries related to product information, service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations
- Identify opportunities to upsell products, services, warranties, and memberships
- Troubleshoot and resolve owner issues using judgment-based reasoning
- Create, update, and retrieve customer records accurately
- Provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to improve processes
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Support other business areas as directed
Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in customer service or sales
- Self-starter with initiative and strong follow-through
- Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions on escalated issues
- High attention to detail and concentration for managing daily activities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional demeanor promoting brand loyalty
Pay
- Base pay of $15.00/hour plus incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly
