Inbond Supervisor.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct tours of members who visit the contact center
- Lead and manage store team ensuring all duties assigned are accomplished accurately and timely
- Interview, hire, and train new representatives
- Complete inbond standards of a call audit form in the NICE system and work individually with each representative to review/improve call audit scores
- Monitor/Manage inbound call queues
- Manage representative’s payroll and attendance in the Paycom system
- Complete sit-ins with individual team members to provide feedback on their technical abilities to complete their assigned tasks to improve and grow skills
- Accountable for achieving assigned revenue goals and quotas of the sales team
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Liquor and Tobacco experience
- Create ISF ocean shipments
- CANCEL AND RECEIVE INBONDS
- TRANSFER (INBONDS) 61 AND 63
- DELIVERY TICKETS (6043)
- ENTRIES 21 AND 22
- CONSUMPTION ENTRIES (01)
- PAY STATEMENTS (CBP)
- KNOW THE RB SYSTEM PROGRAM; PREFERABLY
- Knowledge of the process to open Duty-Free stores and warehouses
- Maintain status report on inventoried items to be properly stored and located to designated locations
- Create and maintain a successful relationship with all Brands, and all issues corrected in a timely manner
- Communicate department expectations to all employees
