Role Overview

This position involves leading store operations in the absence of management to ensure efficient and profitable store performance. The role includes supervising associates, maintaining store appearance, ensuring safety and food safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor associate adherence to company policies.
• Operate cash registers and address customer concerns efficiently.
• Conduct store inspections and provide feedback to management.
• Manage store security, including closing procedures.
• Assist customers with product location and maintain a clean, stocked store.
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as needed across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of product placement and suggestive selling.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Physical & Other Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied store environments. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
