About the role

Central Kansas Mental Health Center (CKMHC) is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. The position involves providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals and communities in Dickinson, Ellsworth, Lincoln, Ottawa, and Saline counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance mental health services
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid Kansas license to practice psychology or social work
• Experience in mental health counseling or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders
• Proficiency in using evidence-based practices
• Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems
