About the role
We are hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Clarksville/Nashville area team. Opportunities are available in Clarksville, East Nashville, Bellevue, Hermitage, Hendersonville, Madison, Antioch, and Thompson Lane locations. Whether you're looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career, we offer both options.
Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores, engaging shoppers to schedule appointments for a free water test. You’ll be setting appointments with homeowners for a FREE water test and earning well for your efforts. We offer paid training and a lucrative base pay plus unlimited bonus opportunities. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour!
Responsibilities
- Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
- Engage shoppers in conversation using a well-trained script to generate interest
- Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer’s appointment time on the spot
- Use provided scripts and technology tools accurately
- Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
- Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations
Requirements
- Customer-facing background (e.g., servers, retail, call center)
- Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection
- Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
- Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4-hour shift
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check

Pay
