In-Store Sales Representative

About the role

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Gallatin area team. Openings are available to work retail stores in Bellevue, Brentwood, Hermitage, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Madison, Murfreesboro, East Nashville, or the Thompson Lane area.

We’re looking for outgoing, energetic people who enjoy face-to-face conversations and are driven by incentives and bonuses. Whether you’re seeking part-time work or launching a sales career, we offer both options.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well-trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to schedule the customer’s appointment time
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
• Must be able to work weekends; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the store for a 4-hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Pay

Lucrative base pay plus unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top lead generators make over $30/hour.
