In-Store Sales - Floater

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Aid at other locations as needed.
• Assist customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Support the Outside Sales team by evaluating and recommending appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories.
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
• Make outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.

What Makes You Great

• A high school diploma / GED.
• More than one (1+) year(s) of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
• No DUI / DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years.
