In-Store Sales Appointment Setter

About the Role

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. In this role, you will speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and ways to benefit their home. You will generate leads for free in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups, with industry experts taking over from there.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments
• Represent the Hamilton brand professionally and enthusiastically
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation

Qualifications

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings

Pay

$20 per hour + UNCAPPED commission. Typical earnings: $20–$30 per hour with incentives.

Schedule

Flexible hours; weekend availability required. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
