Schedule

Pay

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and behavioral intakes within elementary school settings under BCBA oversight
  • Develop, monitor, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to classroom success
  • Provide direct, on-site supervision, behavior skills training (BST), and clinical support to school-based RBTs
  • Run direct therapy sessions focused on school-based social skills development
  • Provide collaborative consultation to classroom teachers and school staff
  • Monitor student progress through strict data review, graphs, and timely treatment plan updates
  • Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, school district standards, and ethical behavior practices

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to clear standard Florida Level 2 background screenings and school district credentialing steps
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate behavioral strategies into actionable terms for classroom teachers
  • Reliability and consistency in maintaining school routines and supporting the RBT team

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Prior experience navigating IEP meetings, exceptional student education (ESE) structures, or classroom dynamics
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
