About the role
We are seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join our team at FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta. This role involves delivering meals and providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver meals to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented attractively and meet quality standards
- Communicate with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
- Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
