About the role
The In-Room Dining Coordinator plays a crucial role in the In-Room Dining Department at Mauna Lani, a luxurious resort on the Island of Hawaii. This position is essential for ensuring seamless and timely service for guests.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take orders for in-room dining requests
- Prepare amenities and coordinate the work flow of the department
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of organization and communication
- Provide excellent customer service, focusing on guest needs while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience required
- Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Able to focus on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times
Qualifications
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience required

Pay
The base salary for this position is $23.86 hourly.
