Your Role

• Deliver in‑person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
• Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

What You’ll Bring

• Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Experience working with children (required).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy.
• Willingness to work fully in‑office at our Tualatin location, Monday to Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience).
