Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Mississippi | Full-Time | Remote | $115,000–$120,000/year Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Role We’re looking for a licensed therapist to provide virtual mental health care to adults across Mississippi. You’ll spend most of your time doing what matters most: meeting with clients, building genuine connections, and helping them move forward through the challenges they’re experiencing. You’ll have the flexibility of working remotely without sacrificing structure, with a consistent weekday schedule and a team available when collaboration is needed. Your Day-to-Day Hold scheduled therapy sessions with clients through telehealthGet to know each client’s concerns, goals, and circumstancesHelp clients navigate emotional difficulties, relationship issues, life transitions, and other challengesUse your clinical judgment to determine appropriate approaches and adjust care as needs changeKeep progress notes and other required records accurate and up to dateConnect with other care team members when coordination is appropriateMaintain professional boundaries and follow Mississippi licensing and practice requirements Requirements Must hold an active Mississippi license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-S), or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)Experience delivering counseling, therapy, or behavioral health servicesComfortable working with clients through secure telehealth technologyStrong documentation and clinical communication skillsAbility to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency Benefits 2 weeks of paid time offHealth insurance coverage401(k) plan with a 3% company match Interested in providing care through telehealth?
