About the role
We are actively looking to hire a talented therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to support our growing Dallas, TX office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence, seeking work-life balance, and interested in professional growth.
Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking fully licensed LCSWs, LPCs, or LMFTs in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 2 days in the office.

- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient group practice setting.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Texas.

Pay
Compensation range: $75,000–$100,000+, based on a productivity model.
