About the role
We are actively looking to hire a talented therapist (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) to support our growing Cedar Hill, TX office, who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This role is hybrid with 2 days in-office (Wednesday and Thursday) and the rest remote.

Pay
Compensation range: $75,000–$100,000+, based on a productivity model.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Texas
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office (Wednesday and Thursday), remaining days remote
