About the role

Join ID Logistics as an Inventory and Operations Problem Solver and help power a fast-growing distribution operation where your skills make an immediate impact every day. You’ll investigate inventory challenges, solve operational issues, and ensure processes are followed with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and quality compliance
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain critical documentation and support audit readiness
• Identify root causes of operational issues and drive corrective actions
• Ensure warehouse operations meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the public
• Complete all required compliance training and maintain accurate recordkeeping

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email applications
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (e.g., protective footwear, eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves) in accordance with safety policies
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs
• Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Superior organizational skills

Pay

$21.00/hour + shift differential

Schedule

• Front Half Days: Sunday – Wednesday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM
• Front Half Nights: Sunday – Wednesday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM
• Back Half Days: Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM
• Back Half Nights: Wednesday – Saturday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM
