About the role

We are seeking 5-10 seasoned contractors for the upcoming 2026/2027 event season. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience in exposition management, sponsorship management, speaker management, meeting services, or special events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute event logistics
• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies
• Coordinate speaker engagements and presentations
• Oversee meeting services and attendee experience
• Plan and execute special events

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with event planning software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
