Position Overview
This is a supplemental, in-person clinical role supporting existing cases. The BCBA in this position will:
- Provide in-person supervision for approximately 25% of assigned cases
- Conduct 1 hour per month of parent training per case
- Support treatment integrity and clinical quality through in-person presence
- Have no primary responsibility for treatment plan ownership, report writing, or case management

Responsibilities
- Provide in-person supervision to RBTs on assigned cases
- Deliver monthly parent training sessions (1 hour per case)
- Support implementation of treatment plans developed by primary BCBAs
- Provide feedback to clinical team to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Ensure services align with ethical and regulatory standards

Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $110+ per hour
Schedule: Flexible
Hours: Part-time preferred (based on case needs)
Location: Frederick, MD 21701 (in-person services required)
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Active Maryland LBA required
- Experience supervising RBTs in home-based ABA services
- Strong clinical judgment and in-session coaching ability
- Ability to collaborate effectively with primary BCBAs and families
