Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily office operations
- Answering customer calls and directing calls
- Processing customer orders and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Matching purchase orders with invoices and assisting with bookkeeping
- Running checks, assisting with collections, and reconciling financial records
- Tracking employee PTO/vacation requests
- Supporting payroll preparation and maintaining employee records
- Assisting with inventory reporting and production-related tasks
- Preparing reports and maintaining filing systems
- Cooking office supplies, coordinating vendors, and managing meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of office management, administrative, or supervisory experience
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine office tasks
Ideal Candidate (Pluses)
- Experience with payroll and HR administration
- Leadership experience overseeing office operations or administrative staff
- Background in the printing or envelope industry
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or PDF workflows
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with the ability to take initiative and keep projects on track
Pay & Schedule
This is an in-office, contract-to-hire opportunity in Broomfield, CO, paying $25.00–$30.00/hour depending on experience.
