About the role
Ameritech Windows, a family-owned Colorado window company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads
- Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
- Communicate product value clearly and confidently
- Maintain and exceed performance-based goals
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Drive to succeed and grow professionally
- Prior phone/sales experience is a plus (but not required, we provide full training)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
