Midwest ENT & ALLERGY physician practice is searching for an Appointment Scheduler Float to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Screening calls and routing to appropriate teams
• Managing faxes and referrals
• Checking in patients

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills and customer service qualities are a must

Schedule

Full-time position; 40 hours a week.
