In House Trade - Drywall

Essential Duties

• Load and unload of materials
• Installation of flooring, drywall, cladding systems
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Complete pre-work for installation, may include leveling floor, floor removal, moving furniture, etc.
• Use common hand tools such as saws, finish nails, utility knives, etc.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Handle company machinery and power tools responsibly
• Review each work order
• Be responsible for each project they are working on and the quality of the work completed

Qualifications

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Critical Thinking, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail
• Commercial construction experience, preferably with flooring specifics
• Ability to read blueprints and specs

Safety Requirements

• Conduct safety inspections on all jobsites
• Keep safety training and certifications up to date or scheduled
• Comply with Bonitz safety policies to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
• Commit to working safely while completing all tasks
• Stay up to date on requirements for necessary equipment and training per job
