Responsibilities

• Meet with existing Capital Vacations owners
• Build long-term relationships
• Help owners maximize the value of their ownership through customized vacation ownership solutions

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Previous Vacation Ownership In-House Sales Experience
• Proven closing ability with exceptional relationship-building skills

Pay

• Earn up to 17% commission
• Top commission hurdle under $300,000 in monthly volume pays 10% commission
