Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience, a current Hawaii Real Estate License, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
• Find commonality with current owners and articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience is required.
• Maintain production standards.
• Must maintain a current Hawaii Real Estate License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Training Requirements

Initial Paid Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge And Skills

• Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
• General smart device skills.
