About the role

We are seeking an In House Sales Representative who will be responsible for converting in-house resort guests into enthusiastic Vacatia owners through authentic engagement, education, and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Partner with marketing and resort operations to create seamless, memorable guest experiences.
• Implement creative sales approaches that resonate emotionally and differentiate Vacatia’s offering.
• Track success metrics to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Strengthen a collaborative, results-driven sales culture through teamwork and excellence.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or in-house sales.
• Bilingual Portuguese (preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to connect authentically with guests, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• May be required to have an active valid Real Estate or Timeshare License based upon location.
• Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of vacation ownership and rental industry.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
