Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing)
This role is an in-person role located in NYC.
Pay
- Base wage: $17.00/hour
- Production pay: Additional earnings
- Total annual pay range (2024): $22,657 – $77,263
- Paid training: $50/day for 6 weeks
- Sign on bonus: $2,000 total ($1,000 each after 45 days and 6 months of employment)

- At least one year of experience in the timeshare industry

Responsibilities
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- Exceeds budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures all Owners and guests meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more
- Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Follow company policies and safety procedures

Requirements
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
- Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Concierge, or sales experience preferred
