Job Description
This role is an in-person role located in NYC. The Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing) position pays a base wage of $17.00/hour plus production pay, in addition to $50 per day for six weeks during training. During the training period, the effective hourly earnings average $25.00/hour. For 2024, the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for MVC New York City M&S is reasonably expected to be $22,657 – $77,263.
- Paid training: additional $50/day during the 6-week training period.
- $2,000 Sign On Bonus:
- $1,000 paid after successful completion of 45 days of employment.
- $1,000 paid after six months of employment.

Responsibilities
To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage
- Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
- Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Requirements
Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
