About the role

The In-House Maintenance Technician, PM, Industrial Maintenance position at Publix Super Markets, Inc. is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Assists in the installation and troubleshooting of new equipment and systems.
• Follows safety protocols and ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Works closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve facility operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
