About the role

The In-House Maintenance Technician, PM, Industrial Maintenance position at Publix Super Markets, Inc. is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities.
• Assists in the planning and execution of maintenance projects.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and maintains a safe work environment.
• Works closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Industrial maintenance skills.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• First aid certification preferred.
